On October 21, 2026 at approximately 4:45 AM, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Harold Valle, age 36, of 8 Lisbon Street, Providence, for 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver One Ounce to One Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine, 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine, 3) Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Controlled Substance Violation, 4) Alterations of Marks of Identification on Firearms, 5) Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons Prohibited. The arrest is the result of search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Valle was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to 6th District Court for arraignment.
