At 5:16 PM, Troopers arrested Angelia Leavitt, age 36, of 90 Gainesville Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for 1.) Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicle and 2.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department locating Ms. Leavitt. Ms. Leavitt was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
