At 10:24 AM, Troopers arrested Sasha D. Gallaway, age 21, of 799 South Street, Apt. 3, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Portsmouth, Rhode Island Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 West in the Town of Jamestown. Gallaway was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and then turned over to the Portsmouth Police Department.
At 9:19 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Byrne, age 33, of 2 Timber Lane, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a hit and run motor vehicle accident and Troopers subsequently locating the subject at his residence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
At 10:28 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Callahan, age 41, of 268 Kingstown Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice out of Nashua New Hampshire on the original charge of Felony Larceny. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center pending arraignment.
