Providing False Documentation to a Public Official, and 2.) Obstruction of an Officer in the Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Villalobos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.

Providing False Documentation to a Public Official. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Villalobos was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
On Friday, October 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, Trooper Gallop, assisted by Trooper Andrade, arrested Elver Rivera Martinez, age 50, of 66 Armington Avenue, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.186% & Phase II: 0.185%). The arrest was a result of an accident investigation on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Rivera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
On Friday, October 24, 2026, at 12:00 AM, Trooper Newton, assisted by Trooper Richards, arrested Donald Johnson, age 31, of 1104 Broad Street, Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department for Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Johnson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Pawtucket Police Department.
