On Saturday October 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Kenneth Mallett, age 55, of 305 Shady Hill Drive, East Greenwich, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 6 West, in the City of Providence. Mallett was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Saturday October 24, 2026, at 10:50 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan York, age 39, of 30 Amsterdam Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arret Warrant on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. York was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the North Kingstown Police Department.
On Sunday October 25, 2026, at 1:20 AM, Troopers arrested Darlin De Jesus, age 30, of 33 Myrtle Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor stop on Route 95 South, in the City of Warwick. De Jesus was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
