At 12:21 PM, Troopers arrested Stephen Coffey, age 37, of 4 Pine Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 12:34 AM, Troopers arrested Selena Hreczuch, age 28, of 173 Hanton Road, North Smithfield, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.200% & Phase II: 0.206%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146A in the Town of North Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
