At 2:50 AM, Troopers arrested Cesar A. Lopez Cajero, age 37, of 69 Laban Street, Floor 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: B.A.C. .181 & Phase II: B.A.C. .179). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Scituate Barracks where he was processed and released to a responsible adult with a future re-arraignment date in Sixth Division District Court.
