At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Adam Fleser, age 40, of 22 Mill Pond Road, Apartment B, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for 1). Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor B.A.C. Unknown - Second Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to State Police - Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
At 1:46 AM, Troopers arrested Adelis Liranzo Mata, age 22, of 76 Earl Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.
