At 7:41 PM, Troopers arrested Ariana Giorgianni, age 35, of 15 Seaview Court, Tiverton, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a BOLO for an erratic operator and a subsequent motor stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Giorgianni was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
