At 12:01 AM, Troopers arrested Monica Torres Martinez De A, age 33, of 669 Cranston St, Fl 2, Providence, Rhode Island for r 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Wadsworth Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:18 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua Constantineau, age 44, of 290 Lynne Ln, Burrillville, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle crash investigation on Putnam Pike, in the Town of Glocester. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
