At 11:12 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Ramos, age 54, of 16 Autumn Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 95 South, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, misdemeanor released with a future Sixth Division District Court date, and transported to Fatima Hospital.
At 12:33 AM, Troopers arrested Austelino Rodrigues, age 18, of 22 Lorraine Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Third Division District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Baldwin Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 12:33 AM, Troopers arrested Kayson Goncalves, age 19, of 46 Hancock Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Third Division District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Baldwin Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 2:06 AM, Troopers arrested Xariel Olivo, age 28, of 104 Fillmore Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order – 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to Fatima Hospital, awaiting arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.
