At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Rayne Young, age 42 of 23 Connecticut Ave, New London, Connecticut as a Fugitive from Justice (FFJ) out of the State of Virginia on the original charge of 1.) Possession of Forged Bank Notes or Coins, 2.) Possession Schedule I or II Drug and 3.) Falsely Identify self to Law-Enforcement. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Third Division District Court and taking Young into custody. Young was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake Center.
