At 1:15 PM, Trooper Pamela Lora, age 33, of 172 Willow Street, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Simple Assault and or Battery and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Lora subsequently turning herself in at the Wickford Barracks. The subject was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
At 4:45 PM, Troopers arrested John Wight, age 37, of 64 Hillcrest Drive, Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men's Intake Service Center.
At 9:22 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Netro, age 20, of 169 Hideaway Lane, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment and was held pending morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
