At 4:35 PM, Troopers arrested Wilmer Navedo Crespo , age 41, of 100 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense, 2.) Driving With Expired/Without License – 4th + Offense. The arrest was the result of an attempted motor vehicle stop followed by Troopers, with the assistance of the Providence Police Department, locating the subject on Flower Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Headquarters where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center as a bail violator.
At 12:18 AM, Troopers arrested Nathan Lathrobe, age 23, of 185 King Philip Road, Rumford, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/ or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense, 3.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and 4.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation and will be transported to State Police – Headquarters upon his release for processing and arraignment.
At 2:18 AM, Troopers assisted by Cranston Police arrested Patrick Donahue, age 61, of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Simple Assault and/or Battery. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Harrington Hall for a disturbance. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division Court.
