At 8:19 AM Troopers arrested Sophia C. Robertson, age 23, of 64 West Avenue, Marion, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.272% & Phase II: 0.258%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Southern Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of The Peace and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 4:36 PM, Troopers arrested Edson Flanagan, age 34, of 16 Dayton Street, Westerly, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting. The arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a warrant check on Dayton Street in the Town of Westerly. The subject was transported to the State Police – Southern Barracks where he was processed and transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:12 PM Troopers arrested Micha Cambra, age 19, of 123 Kenway Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police – Southern Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of The Peace and released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
