Arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.

At 11:30AM, troopers arrested James Ashley age 34, of 99 Rugby Street, Providence, on a 3rd District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving without a license originating from the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.

At 3:20PM troopers arrested Joseph Northup, age 20, of 102 Florence St Providence for a Superior Court Full Bench on a charge of Delivery/Possession of a Controlled Substance originating out of Providence PD. Arrest result of motor vehicle stop on Broad St in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.

On Monday, June 29, 2009 at 12:00AM, troopers arrested Ernesto Martinez, age 23, of 33 Redwing Street 2nd floor, Providence, Rhode Island on an NCIC Superior Court Bench Warrant on a charge of Possession/Delivery of Cocaine originating out of Providence PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.

At 2:05AM, troopers arrested Christopher Ramos, age 23, of 119 Broad Street, Woonsocket for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the charge of Breaking and Entering into a Dwelling originating out of Woonsocket PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.
