At 11:01pm, Troopers arrested Evenson Desruisseaux, age 31, of 9 Liberty Avenue, Apt #9, Medford, Massachusetts on a Federal Deportation Warrant issued by the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) due to Failure to Appear for Removal. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the town of Richmond. Subject was taken into custody, processed, and TOT’d to the ACI Intake Center.

At 1:30am Troopers arrested Sean S. Wood, age 41, of 101 Glenridge Avenue, Cranston, RI on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Fraudulent Checks Over $1000.00. Arrest result of SPLW Troopers conducting a warrant check at the suspect’s residence on an investigation started by Corporal Montminy. Subject was held overnight pending arraignment at 3rd District Court in the morning.
