At 3:00PM, Troopers arrested Eliana Pena, age 23, of 97 Humbert Street, North Providence RI for a 6th District Court warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Obstruction out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Arrest was the result of an erratic operator broadcast from Trooper Doyle at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 295 north in the Town of Smithfield. Pena was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned.

4:15pm Troopers arrested Edward C. CUCINO, age 25, of 25 Atlas Street, Providence for 1) 3rd District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a Violation of a Building Inspection Board charge that originated out of Johnston, & 2) Operating after Suspension of License. Subject was processed at headquarters and released after being arraigned. Arrest result of motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike In the Town of Johnston.

At 7:14pm, Troopers arrested Keith P. TOBIAS, age 49, of 17 South Ling Street, Johnston for 1) Driving Under the Influence (Phase I results .311 Phase II results .324) & 2) Leaving the Scene of Accident/Damage to Attended Vehicle. Subject was processed at headquarters and released after arraignment.
