At 4:15 PM, Troopers arrested John B. Vicente Jr, age 19, of 90 Seabiscuit Place, Pawtucket, RI on a Sixth District Court Capias for Failure to Appear at an Ability to Pay Hearing on the Charge of Operating with a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 south, in the Town of Richmond. Vicente was JP’d and released from the Hope Valley Barracks.

At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Antonio Veliz, age: 24, of LKA Yonkers, New York on 1) 6th District Court Capias for Driving Without a License - Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay 2) Operating Without a License, and 3) Information received from IAQ revealed Veliz is an immigration violator, ICE placed a Detainer against subject pending deportation hearing. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north, in the town of West Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held pending AM Court appearance.
