At 10:30 AM, Trooper arrested Crystal Olsen, age 36, of 670 Smith Street, Providence, RI, for a 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay for a Loitering with Indecent Purposes charge out of the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Olsen was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, then was turned over to 6th District Court.

At 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Tara Provoyeur, age 23, of 391 Grove Street, Woonsocket, RI for 1) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty 2) Possession Of Fireworks 3) Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of Providence. Provoyeur was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, then was released, after posting bail to a Justice of the Peace.

At 4:17 PM, Trooper arrested Freddy Minaya, age 40, of 135 Ruggles Street, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the offense Operating on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Service Rd #1 in Providence RI. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the ACI Intake Center to await morning arraignment.

At 8:26 PM, Trooper arrested Alan R. Ferla II, age 25 of 60 Blake Street, #1, Warwick, RI on a 3rd District Court Warrant for FTA ATP-Simple Assault. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by JP Finnegan and released after posting bail.

At 11:15 PM, Troopers arested Keith Williams, age 31, of 1 Cadillac Drive in Providence for 1. DWI (Blood), 2. Operating without a license. Arrest was the result of an accident investigation on Route 95 North at Charles Street in the City of Providence. Williams was admitted at RI Hospital and is to be arraigned later this date.
