Wickford Barracks
On July 2, 2009 at 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Damon L. Weeden, age 45, of 15 Meeting St. Newport, RI for possession of cocaine. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Girard Avenue in Newport. The subject was processed at the Portsmouth Barracks and held at the Wickford Barracks for arraignment in Second Division Court in the morning.
