On July 1, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Steven A. Roy, age 28, at 4557 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, RI. Roy was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for PAC on a lead charge of Possession of Narcotics. Roy was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.

On July 1, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Patrick J. Leary, age 38, at 31 Cottage Street, Woonsocket, RI. Leary was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on a charge of Breaking and Entering a Dwelling. Leary was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Superior Court.

On July 01, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jason Harnois, age 28, of 42 Lerun Street, Woonsocket, RI. Harnois was wanted on a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability To Pay on a charge of Obstructing a Police Officer, as well as a second Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment on a Forgery and Counterfeiting charge. Harnois was taken to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and transported to Superior Court.

On July 1, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jose R. Cintron, age 37, of 48 Puritan Street, Providence, RI, as a Parole Violator. Cintron was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and returned to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Service Center.

On July 1, 2009, ACI detectives charged William J. Miller, age 48, of 254 Washington Street, Providence, RI, as a fugitive from Massachusetts. Miller was wanted by the Barnstable County Probation Department as a violator. At arraignment, Miller waived extradition proceedings and was remanded to the ACI Intake Service Center to await Massachusetts authorities for transport.
