At 3:25 PM, Trooper arrested Timothy Walker, age 33, of 103 West Cole St., Pawtucket on a Capias from 6th DC for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on a Suspended License charge from North Providence Police. Arrest was result of a motor vehicle accident investigation. Subject was transported to SPLW for processing and was released after being arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Miguel Cruz, age 31, of 136 Mineral Spring Avenue Pawtucket on a 6th District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a No License charge from State Police Chepachet Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Goff Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the ACI Intake.

At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Duane R. Barron, age 30, of 72 Princess Avenue, Cranston on a 3rd District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana by Cranston Police. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the ACI Intake.
