On July 2, 2009, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Justina M. ZARSKI, age 23, of 146 Brookside Ave., West Warwick, RI, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for violating her bail on a charge of Manufacture, Delivery, Possession of Controlled Substance. Ms. ZARSKI was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the Women's facility of the Adult Correctional Institutions.

On July 2, 2009, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Russell ALESSIO, age 44, of 425 Orms St., Providence, RI, for Sale of Fireworks and Conspiracy to Sell Fireworks. Mr. ALESSIO was arraigned at the Lincoln Barracks by a Justice of the Peace, at which time a representative of the RI Attorney General's Office presented ALESSIO as a Probation Violator based on suspended sentences stemming from counterfeit currency and child molestation charges. ALESSIO was ordered held without bail pending a violation hearing and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions.

On June 2, 2009, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Darrin A. Gray, age 44, of 266 High Street, Cumberland, RI, for Assault with a Deadly Weapon (vehicle), Possession of Cocaine, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Knife over 3 inches, Possession of a Bludgeon (3 counts), Eluding, Operating on a Suspended License, as well as Cumberland Police Department Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Second-Degree Robbery and Assault With Intent to Commit a Felony/Robbery. Gray was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Sixth District Court.
