Ronald Bixler, DOB: 3/16/76 60 Lenox Court North Kingstown, RI W1-2009-0299A

The Washington County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, September 28, naming Ronald Bixler on five counts of 1st degree child molestation. It is alleged that Bixler committed three crimes of 1st degree child molestation on a victim 14 years of age or younger between the following dates: one count between the dates of January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007; one count between the dates of January 1, 2008 and July 22, 2009; and one count between the dates of July 5, 2009 and July 6, 2009. It is alleged that Bixler committed two crimes of 1st degree child molestation on a victim 14 years of age or under between the dates of March 1, 2009 and March 31, 2009. All of the alleged incidents took place in North Kingstown. North Kingstown Police conducted the investigation. Bixler, who is currently held without bail at the ACI, will be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on October 5, 2009.
