At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Bruce Moten, age 23, of 754 Manton Avenue Apartment 2, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on a charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. Moten was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to Sixth District Court.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Caitlyn Murphy, age 27, of 25 Onset Avenue, Buzzards Bay, MA for 1) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance – Heroin 2) Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance – Clonazepam. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street / Route 10 in the City of Providence. Murphy was transported to Headquarters for processing, was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and was released pending future court dates.

At 11:20 AM, Troopers arrested Casey Daniels, age 30, of 26 Unity Avenue, East Providence, RI for 1) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine 2) Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance – Clonazepam. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street / Route 10 in the City of Providence. Daniels was transported to Headquarters for processing, was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace where he was held as a violator and was turned over to the ACI Intake Center.
ARREST LOCATION: WOONSOCKET
At 12:03 PM Troopers arrested Richard Roberge, age: 29 of 73 Standish Road, Bellingham, MA for a 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of Simple Assault / Domestic out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Wood Avenue in the City of Woonsocket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and turned over the 6th District Court.

At 1:10 PM Troopers arrested Xavier John, age: 22 of 71 Aleppo Street, Providence, RI for 1) Driving with a suspended license and 2) 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of driving with a suspended license out of the RISP – Scituate Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and transported to the 6th District Court for arraignment.

At 2:30 PM Troopers arrested Shawn Masse, age 25, of 124 Black Plain Road, North Smithfield, RI for 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pound Hill Road in the Town of North Smithfield. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 3:00 PM Troopers arrested Dawn Benoit, age 46, of 96 Sutton Avenue, East Providence, RI for 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a Obstructing a Police Officer Charge out of Providence Police Department and 2) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Cost Review for a Manufacturing/Delivering Schedule I/II Charge out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters for process and then turned over to the Women's Intake Center.

At 7:03 PM Troopers arrested Scott Jodoin, age 49, of 116 Sixth Ave, Woonsocket, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant on Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a Driving with a Suspended License charge out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Mason Street in the City of Woonsocket. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
