Executive Director J. David Smith of The Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency is encouraging those who are still in need of clean up services resulting from the recent flooding to call 211 to sign up for free clean up services. This service is currently being offered by RI’s volunteer partners. RI currently has well over 300 trained volunteers available to assist in the free cleanup process, and is giving the highest priority of volunteer help to those who are elderly, disabled and those with special needs.
