The Kent County Grand Jury handed up an indictment today charging Heath Ducharme with two counts of first degree robbery and own count of breaking and entering a dwelling. It is alleged that on or about October 25, 2010, Ducharme broke into a private residence and robbed the two individuals who lived in the residence. The alleged incident took place in West Warwick. The West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Ducharme is currently on home confinement and is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on June 3, 2011.
