Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (reported June 8, 2011)

Renee Lewberg, DOB: 8/23/82 300 Third Avenue Woonsocket, RI P1/11-1686A

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Renee Lewberg with two counts of first degree robbery and possession of marijuana. It is alleged that on or about March 25, 2011, Lewberg robbed two individuals and was in possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. The alleged events took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Lewberg is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 29, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury today handed up an indictment charging Raymond Gyamfi with one count of first degree arson, one count of intimidating a witness, one count of burglary and three counts of conspiracy. The Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Jeremy Lopes with one count of first degree arson, one count of intimidating a witness, and two counts of conspiracy; and the Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Tony Reverdes and Joao Dossantos each with one count of burglary and conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about December 6, 2010, Gyamfi, Reverdes and Dossantos conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual. It is also alleged that on or about February 16, 2011, Gyamfi and Lopes conspired to intimidate a witness/victim, the victim of the alleged December 6th crime, and conspired to commit arson, and did commit such intimidation and arson. The alleged events took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Gyamfi, Lopes, Reverdes and Dossantos are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 29, 2011.

Reverdes and Dossantos have been held without bail since their arrest in December. Gyamfi and Lopes have been held without bail since their arrest on February 18, 2011.
