ARREST LOCATION: LINCOLN
At 10:30 AM Troopers arrested Joseph B. Kerrissey III, age 34, of 20 Sunrise Ave, Plymouth MA for 1) Fraudulent Checks Over $1000 and 2) Fraudulent Checks Under $1000. Arrest was the result of an Investigation conducted by Trooper Longo concerning several bad checks that were passed by Kerrissey. Kerrissey turned himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to 6th District Court for arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
At 9:30PM Troopers arrested Jeanette M. Spadoni AGE: 47 of 3 Wendell Street, Pawtucket RI for 1) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay on an original charge of driving with a suspended license out of The Warren Police Department and 2.) Operating on a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 north in the City of Pawtucket. Spadoni was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to Women's Intake.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
On Tuesday, July 26 at 3:00AM Troopers arrested Miguel Lopez Age: 64 of 80 Plenty Street, Providence for 1) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Obstruction to Police Officer out of the Coventry Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Moore Street in the City of Providence. Lopez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 7:00AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Carosi Age: 26 of 235 Providence Street, Providence for 1) 6th District court bench warrant for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of The Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Carosi was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later transported to 6th District Court for arraignment.
