Harley Miller, DOB: 1/25/87 45 Linwood Avenue Providence, RI W1-2011-0217A
The Statewide Grand Jury reported an indictment yesterday charging Harley Miller with three counts of first degree sexual assault, three counts of second degree sexual assault and one count of video voyeurism. It is alleged that on or about May 31, 2011, Miller sexually assaulted a woman multiple times, with the assault being in the first and second degree. It is also alleged that Miller captured, stored, recorded or transmitted sexually explicit images of the same woman. The alleged incidents took place in Narragansett.
The Narragansett Police conducted the investigation. Miller was arrested on May 31, 2011 is currently being held without bail. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on August 15, 2011.
