The Newport County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Michael Snow with three counts of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about June 15, 2011, Snow robbed three individuals, with each in the first degree. The alleged robberies occurred in Tiverton.
The Tiverton Police conducted the investigation. Snow is scheduled to be arraigned in Newport County Superior Court on October 13, 2011. He is currently being held without bail.
