The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Angel Lorenzo with two counts of first degree robbery, three counts of conspiracy and one count of possession of a knife.
It is alleged that on or about January 14, 2011, Lorenzo conspired with an unnamed co-conspirator to commit robbery and did commit said robbery. It is further alleged that on or about January 28, 2011, Lorenzo again conspired with an unnamed co-conspirator to commit robbery and did commit said robbery. In addition, on or about February 25, 2011, Lorenzo allegedly conspired with an individual, not a defendant herein, to commit robbery and was found in possession of a concealed knife with a blade of more than three inches in length.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Lorenzo is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 26, 2011. He is currently being held without bail.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging John Custodio with one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of second degree robbery.
It is alleged that on or about April 16, 2011, Custodio robbed and sexually assaulted an individual, with the sexual assault being in the first degree.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Custodio is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 26, 2011. He is currently being held without bail.
