At 10:36AM, Troopers arrested Kerry Robinson, age 21, of 84 Sherwood Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Review, on an original charge of Possession of a Scheduled I-II, originating out of the Providence Police Department 2.) 6thDistrict Court Bench Warrant for Failure Appear/ Pay Fines, on an original charge of Obstruction of Justice, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to 6th District Court.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 3:30PM Trooper arrested Yurfa Padilla, age 39, of 269 Sayles Avenue, Pawtucket for Providing False Documents to a Public Official. Subject was taken into custody after she provided a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance card to the examiners at the Department of Motor Vehicles Road Test Office. Subject processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and subsequently released with a future 6th District Court date.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Daniel Hanlon, age 35, of 9 Cedar Street, Milford, MA for 1.) Duty to Stop-Accident Resulting-Damage to Attended Vehicle and 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – 1st Offense .15/Greater (Phase I .192% BAC, Phase II .189%BAC). The arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South at Atwells Avenue. Mr. Hanlon fled on foot, was apprehended by Providence Police and turned over to Troopers. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released to the custody of his mother.
ARREST LOCATION : PROVIDENCE
At 8:20 PM, Trooper arrested Melissa Hatch, age 42, of 17 Rose Street, North Providence, RI for Duty to Stop-Accident Resulting-Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a hit and run accident that occurred on Route 95 in the City of Providence and subsequent investigation. Hatch was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned and released.
