ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 7:50 AM, Troopers arrested Prayat Khambounsy, age 24, of 27 Union Avenue, Providence for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 South in the City of Providence. Khambounsy was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to 6th District Court for arraignment.

At 12:34 AM, Troopers arrested Troyd L. Ransom, age 27, of 531 Dexter Street Apartment B Providence on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of a Suspended Sentence on a possession of marijuana charge/subsequent offense originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dexter Street in the City of Providence. Ransom was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Institute Intake Center.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Jovanny Ortega, age 35, of 12 Clay Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police-Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the Intake Service Center.
