At 10:20 A.M., Troopers arrested Walter Campanaro, age 40, of 25 Loveday Street, Providence on a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non Support. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Berkshire Street in the City of Providence. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence County Family Court.

At 10:20 A.M., Troopers arrested Javier Campanaro, age 39, of 25 Loveday Street, Providence for 1) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Trial on the original charge of Driving Without a License by the Johnston Police Department and 2) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Resisting Arrest by the Providence Police Department. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:30 PM, Trooper arrested Angel Cruz, age 24, of 47 Pacific Street in Central Falls for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Fines on an original charge of Weapons other than Firearms out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. Arrest was the result of Capitol Police taking custody of Cruz at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Cruz was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court.

At 2:30 PM, Trooper arrested Brittani Taylor, age 26, of 30 Christopher Street, Providence for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Fines on an original charge of Obstruction out of East Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. Taylor was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.

Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Garnetto was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Intake Service Center.

At 4:00 PM, Trooper arrested Raul Luciano, age 41, of 750 Cranston Street in Providence for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment on an original charge of felony Possession of a Controlled Substance out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street. Luciano was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Intake Service Center .

At 1:30 PM, Trooper arrested Albert Quaglieri, age 40, of 24 Pond Street in West Warwick for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Fines on an original charge of Operating on a Suspended License out of Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. Quaglieri was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court.

At 3:00 PM,Trooper arrested Eleanor Watts, age 50, of 109 John Street in Fall River for a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Shoplifting out of Narragansett Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue in the City of Providence. Watts was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Women's Intake Center

At 3:30 PM, Trooper arrested Felix Jimenez, age 24, of 96 Harold Street, Providence for 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Operating on a Suspended License out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest the result of motor vehicle stop on Pavilion Street in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Intake Service Center.

At 2:45 PM, Trooper arrested Jesus Ramirez, age 40, of 394 Cahill Street, Providence for Presenting False Documents to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of an investigation at the Enforcement Division of the Division of Motor Vehicles. Ramirez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned and released.

At 8:00 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Zonfrillo, age 39, of 414 Smithfield Avenue, Pawtucket for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses Over $500. The arrest was the result of an investigation that took place at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Zonfrillo was processed, arraigned and released from the Lincoln Woods Barracks.

At 10:40 PM Troopers arrested Walter Silva, age 27, of 38 Primrose Street, Pawtucket for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Domestic Disorderly/Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to Pawtucket Police.

On Thursday, February 23 at 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Micheil Matorano, age 25, 2 Claflin Street, Milford, Massachusetts for 1.) 4th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in Providence. Matorano was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released from custody.
