At approximately 8:36 am Troopers arrested Melissa Bailey, age 43 of 81 Monticello Road, Providence at her residence for: 1.) Duty to stop in accidents resulting in damage to a vehicle; 2.) Driving with a suspended license and 3.) Sixth District court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of failure to appear on a summons out of the Burrillville Police Department. Arrest was the result of an investigation of a hit and run accident that occurred this date on Route 95 south in the City of Pawtucket . Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
At approximately 11:45 AM, Troopes arrested David Ferrara, age 45, of 168 Laban St, Providence, RI, on a Parole Board Warrant for violation of probation. Arrest the result of Probation and Parole advising the Lincoln Barracks they had a subject in custody with an active warrant. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 12:12 pm Troopers arrested Chantelle Cornejo, age 18, of 436 Prairie Avenue 3rd floor Providence for 1.) Third District Court warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a misdemeanor shoplifting charge originating out of Warwick PD. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Cornejo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and then turned over to Third District Court.
At 3:15 pm Troopers arrested Lisa M. Rosiak, age 33, of 120 Parkview Avenue Warwick for 1.) Third District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on a misdemeanor conspiracy charge originating out of Cranston PD. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Cranston. Rosiak was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a JP Rodgers and released.
At 3:15 pm Troopers arrested Eduardo Machado, age 39, of 120 Parkview Avenue Warwick for 1.) Sixth District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an obstruction charge originating out of Warren PD, 2.) Fugitive from Justice. Machado is wanted by Swansea PD for possession of burglary tools. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Cranston. Machado was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a JP Rodgers and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At approximately 4:00PM Troopers arrested Sheila Jarman, age 30, of 27 Florence Street, Providence RI. for: 1.) Possession of Marijuana (first offense) and 2.) Third District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of Embezzlement under $1000, out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Florence Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by JP Rodgers, and released after posting bail.
At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested David Veveiros, age 31, of 8 Paisley Street, Apt. 3, Pawtucket, RI for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-IV (Clonazepam). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Eugine Morgan, age 21, of 8 Summertree Lane, Apt. E, Greensboro, North Carolina, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Donaldson Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 2:10 AM, Troopers arrested Wale M. Souza, age 23, of 365 Admiral Street, 2nd Floor, Providence for Violation of a Restraining Order. Nance, age 24, of 2 Squirt Lane, Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating out of the North Providence Police Department.
