At 11:45 AM, Troopers arrested Derek Smith, age 22, of 624 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick , Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant on an original charge of failure to appear on a suspended license on. Smith was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Cranston.
At 12:05 PM, Troopers arrested Elijawon Kelley, age 24, of 127 Progress Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench warrant for Failure to appear for cost review on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana- subsequent offense. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Superior Court. Result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston.
At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Paul Lemon, age 18, of 96A Mawney Street, Providence, RI, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by Warwick PD, for Larceny O/$500, and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny O/$500. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potters Avenue. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to Warwick PD.
At 2:26 pm Troopers arrested Tyana T. Ricks, age 24, 285 Niagra Street apt. #304 Providence, RI on a Third District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on a misdemeanor shoplifting charge originating out of Cranston PD. Ricks was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before JP Rodgers and released.
At 4:45 PM, Troopers arrested Elias Cruz, age 46, of 250 Rand St, Central Falls, RI, on a Sixth District Court Bench warrant originating out of Providence PD, on an original charge of Simple Assault. Arrest the result of Capitol Police contacting the Barracks to advise they had a subject in custody at the DMV. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed, posted bail to JP Rodgers, and was released.
At 11:58 PM, Troopers arrested Vanessa Glover, age 18, of 88 Huntress Street, Quincy, MA for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 West in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
At 11:58 PM, Troopers arrested Kelsey Ingemi, age 18, of 74 Bower Road, Quincy Road for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 West in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
At 11:58 PM, Troopers arrested Anton Hampe, age 18, of 63 Town Hall Street, Quincy, MA for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 West in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
At 2:45 AM, Troopers arrested Krystal Boswell, age, 24, of 1340 County Street, Attleboro, MA for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, B.A.C. (Blood results pending.) The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where she was later misdemeanor released pending a future Sixth District Court Arraignment Date.
At 2:53 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Rodriguez, age 37, of 130 Bay Street, Tiverton, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown, 2.) Chemical Test Refusal – 2nd Offense and 3.) Duty to Stop – Accident Resulting – Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for minor injuries, transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and held pending arraignment.
