At 4:30 PM, Trooper arrested Robert R Martinez age 33, of 22 Woodland Drive, Coventry, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the originated charge of Leaving the Scene of Accident, Property Damage originating from Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Martinez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and transported to Adult Correction Institution.
At 10:39 PM, Troopers arrested Aaron S. Rockholz, age 29, of 127 Potter Hill Road, Westerly, RI, on a 4th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay Fines for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License originating our of the Westerly Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Railroad Avenue in the Town of Westerly. Mr. Rockholz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Scott, and released.
At 11:13 PM, Troopers arrested Michael F. Colantonio age, 21, of 28 Fox Run, West Greenwich, RI, for Possession of Marijuana—First Offense and Driving While In Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Colantonio was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, pro cessed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and released.
