At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Barone, age 28, of 3 Baker Ave North Providence, RI for Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the charge of Possession of Marijuana out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Arrest the result of motor vehicle stop Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the ACI Intake Center.

At 8:45 PM, Troopers arrested Maria Gonzalez, age 23, of 420 Douglas Avenue, Providence, RI for 1) 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for an Ability to Pay hearing on the original charge of Misdemeanor Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor stop while working the Night Seat Belt Detail at the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Eaton Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Finnegan, and released.

Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability To Pay on the charge of Driving Without A License, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and 2.) Driving Without A License. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop while working the DUI Detail on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center.

At 1:20 AM, Troopers arrested Eric Mejia, age 28, of 150 School Street 2nd Floor, Central Falls, RI for Driving Under The Influence of Liquor or Drugs - 1st Offense .10-.15. (Phase I BAC .143 and Phase II BAC .146). This arrest was the result of motor vehicle accident investigation while working the DUI Detail, on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of The Peace, and then released into the custody of a family member.
