At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Michael J. Cole, age 35, of 445 Fairview Avenue, Coventry for 1) Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Child Support Payment 2) Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Child Support Payment 3) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of The Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Tiogue Avenue in the Town of Coventry. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Intake Center.
At 3:15 AM, Troopers arrested Victor R. Ramsey, age 54, of 2 Shangri La Lane, Middletown for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense BAC unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 7:35 AM, Trooper arrested Candace Bick Age: 30 of 1416 Scituate Ave, Cranston for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing, originating out of The Scituate Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Bick was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later arraigned by a JP, then released after posting bail.
