On Wednesday April 4, 2012, at 9:02 AM, Troopers arrested Kristen Dodge, age 27, of 12 Sue Street, Warwick RI on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Roberts Street in the Town of West Warwick. Ms. Dodge was transported to the barracks where she was processed and turned over the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested William E. Delage, age 36, of 82 Tower Road, West Warwick as a Fugitive From Justice from the State of Nevada on the original charges of 1.) Conspiracy to Commit Crime, and 2.) Four counts of Felony Theft. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry, after confirming the warrant and extradition with the State of Nevada. The subject was held at the Hope Valley Barracks and presented as a Fugitive From Justice in 3rd District Court in the morning.
At 7:26 AM, Troopers arrested John Davey, age 42, of 118 Sassafras Street, Providence on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Restitution Review on an original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting out of the Warwick Police Department. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later turned over to Third District Court.
