At 2:20 PM Troopers arrested Josue CALDERON (Age:23) of 76 Miller Avenue 3rd Floor Providence, RI for Leaving the Scene of Accident – Attended Vehicle Property Damage. Arrest the result of Accident Investigation on Route 6 East in the City of Providence on March 30, 2012. Subject turned over to 6th District Court and held due to Probation Violation.
At 2:25 PM Troopers arrested Ralph Gbaie, age: 23 of 160 Glenbridge Avenue, Providence, RI on a 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of driving on a suspended license from the the Rhode Island State Police – Scituate Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Edgemere Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and turned over to the ACI intake Center.
At 11:45 PM Troopers arrested Cesar Andino age 22, 47 Harrison Street Woonsocket for 1.) 6th District Court Warrant for FTA for Arraignment for driving on a suspended license charge out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. 2.) Driving on a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on High Street in the City of Woonsocket. Andino was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center.
At 2:25AM, Troopers arrested Craig Whiting, age 22, 45 Huron Street Providence for a Violation of a no Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Whiting was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending arraignment in the AM.
