Castellone, (401) 444-1010 On Monday April 9, 2012 at 11:40 PM, Troopers arrested James E Drew, age 35, of 23 Oniska St.Warwick, RI for 1) Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Hydrocodone) 2) Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Morphine) 3) Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Tamazepam) 4) Obstructing an Officer while in Execution of Duty. 5) 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving Without/Expire License out of the Warwick Police Department 6) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Resisting Arrest out of the West Warwick Police Department 7) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle or Parts out of West Warwick Police Department 8) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance out of the Warwick Police Department and 9) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle or Parts out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington St. in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
