On April 12, 2012, the Computer Crimes Unit/ICAC Task Force, along with members of local, state, and federal law enforcement, arrested the following individuals:
Lee Pollock, age 45, of 248 Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Pollock was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Houlihan, where bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Nicholas Pislowski, age 23, of 72 Harding Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Pislowski was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Houlihan, where bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Michael Castaldi, age 51, of 41 Sundance Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Castaldi was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Houlihan, where bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Luther Gorahkov, age 25, of 23 Ray Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Gorahkov was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Ippolito, where bail was set at $15,000 with surety and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Tiberio Simas, age 37, of 233 Ohio Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Simas was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Ippolito, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Dylan Byrne, age 18, of 42 Lockwood Lane, Norwalk, Connecticut, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Byrne was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Isherwood, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Mark Belanger, age 42, of 35 Goff Avenue (Apt. 411), Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Belanger was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Ippolito, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Nathan Dayon, age 21, of 13 Fairview Avenue, Westerly, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Dayon was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Isherwood, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
Steven Dasho, age 19, of 8 Gerald Road, Stoneham, Massachusetts, for possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance. Dasho was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Isherwood, where bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance.
Joseph Cifelli, age 71, of 134 Longview Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for transmission and possession of child pornography. Cifelli was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Houlihan, where bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and included special conditions of no Internet use and no contact with children under the age of 16 years of age.
On April 12, 2012, members of the FDA-OCI Task Force arrested Ray Guillen, age 26, of 77 Clay Street, 2nd Floor, Central Falls, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Substance (morphine); 2) Dental License Required (felony); 3) Possession of Adulterated/Misbranded Prescription Drugs (Misdemeanor); and 4) Illegal Possession of Radiation Equipment (X-ray machine-misdemeanor). Guillen was processed and arraigned at the Lincoln Barracks before a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000.00 personal recognizance.
