At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested James Trussell, age 45, of 369 Montgomery Ave Providence, RI for 2nd Degree Child Abuse. Arrest the result of an assault complaint at the Garrahy Judicial Complex located in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and arraigned at Sixth District Court.
At 5:05 PM, Troopers arrested Susan Bianchi, age 28, of 87 Canton St., Providence, RI on an Affidavit & Arrest warrant from Providence Police on a charge of simple assault. Arrest result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 10 at Dean Street. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to Providence Police Department.
At 5:10 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer L. Delaurier, age 39, of 288 Ward Street, 2nd Floor, Woonsocket, RI, for 1) Possession of Crack Cocaine, 2) Possession of Oxycodone, 3) Possession of Clonazepam, 4) Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics (Blood Results Pending). Arrest result of several 911 calls regarding erratic operation and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 146 south in the Town of Lincoln. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Capozza and released after posting cash bail.
At 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Rondale Spivey, age 31, of 762 Charles Street, Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Violation Hearing on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault from the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of investigating a disturbance on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the ACI.
At 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Linda Lima, age 41, of 16 Rhode Island Ave Lincoln, RI for 1.) Parole Violation Warrant, 2.) North Providence Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obtaining Money under False Pretenses, 3.) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the Charge of Obtaining Money and 4.) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the charge of Forgery. Arrest the result of investigation at the Lincoln Woods Barracks in the town of Lincoln. Subject processed and turned over to the ACI.
At 11:45 PM, Troopers arrested Robert L. Raposa, age 39, of 190 Vermont Avenue, Providence, RI for Possession of Marijuana. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
