At 10:35 AM, Troopers arrested Giulio Rapa Jr., age 41, of 25 Tobey Street, Providence for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order and 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Clonazepam). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment where he was presented as a bail violator.
At 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Stacey Brumfield, age 38, of 53 Kenyon St., Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay with an original charge of Simple Assault, from Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of checking a road walker on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Xavier A Diaz, age 26, of 441 Woonasquatucket Avenue, North Providence, RI on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1) Operating on a Suspended License and 2) Obstruction. Diaz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Eduardo Ballista, age 23, of 37 Whittier Avenue, Providence, RI for 1) Reckless Driving and 2) Operating on a Suspended License for Certain Violations. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. Ballista was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Lennon and released pending a future 6th District Court Date.
