At 8:20 AM, Troopers arrested Albert J. Sanders, age 46, of 80 Curtis Street Apartment 509, Providence, RI, for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review for the charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating out of the East Providence Police Department, 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Driving Without/Expired License originating out of the North Providence Police Department, and 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

At 10:08 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Plunkett, age 23, of 7 Park Street, Johnston, RI, for: 1. Driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license; 2. Obstruction of an officer in the execution of his duty and 3. A 6th District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of fraudulent use of a credit card out of Smithfield Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center on the outstanding warrant.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 1:05 PM, Troopers arrested Samuel Nouel, age 27, of 14 Wisdom Avenue Apt. #3rdf, Providence, RI, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department, originating charge of Burglary- Forced Entry- Residence. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and released to the Providence Police Department.
ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON
At 4:15 PM, Troopers arrested Michael J. Attruia, age 58, of 305E Scituate Avenue, Cranston, RI, for Violation of a No Contact Order. This arrest was the results of an investigation by Trooper Dacruz. Subject was taken into custody at his residence, transported to Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
