ARREST LOCATION: LINCOLN
At 11:17 AM, Troopers arrested Elliot Ethier, age 29, of 127 Chestnut Street, 2nd Floor, Lincoln, RI, for 1) 3rd DC Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a warrant served at the subject's place of employment on Main Street, Lincoln after he failed to appear for arraignment. Ethier was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and transported to the 3rd District Court, where he was arraigned on the original charge.

At 8:10 PM, Troopers arrested Migdalia Martinez, age 22, of 101 Academy Avenue, Providence, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving Without a License originating out of Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation regarding a computer crimes complaint where Martinez was found to have an active Bench Warrant. Martinez was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace after posting bail.
