At 10:20AM, Troopers arrested John Tucci, age 20, of 25 Branch Avenue, Warwick for a Third Division District Court bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Fraudulent Checks over $1000 from North Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a Troopers obtaining information at the Wickford Barracks and subsequent check of Tucci's residence. Tucci was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Intake Center.
At 2:50PM, Troopers arrested Louis Gauthier, age 24, of 143 Atlantic Avenue, Warwick for a Third Division District Court bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana from the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Sandy Lane in the City of Warwick. Gauthier was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released after posting bail.
At 4:20PM, Troopers arrested Frank Giorgio, age 34, of 82 Madison Street, Warwick for a Third Division District Court bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Operating on a Suspended License from State Police-Wickford. The arrest was the result of a Troopers obtaining information at the Wickford Barracks and subsequent check of Giorgio's residence. Giorgio was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and was later arraigned and released after the posting bail.
